By accessing and using Loreweave, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Service Description
Loreweave provides a system-agnostic tabletop RPG campaign management platform. We offer:
- Campaign organization tools
- Character and NPC management
- Session tracking and notes
- Data export capabilities
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us of any unauthorized access
- Providing accurate account information
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Upload malicious code or viruses
- Attempt to breach security measures
- Use the service for harassment or illegal content
5. Subscription and Payment
Our subscription tiers are:
- Free: 1 campaign, 3 players, basic features
- Pro (£5/month): 3 campaigns, 8 players, advanced features
- Ultimate (£13/month): Unlimited campaigns and players
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time. No refunds for partial months.
6. Data Ownership
You own all content you create on Loreweave. We provide:
- Full data export capabilities at any time
- Data retention after cancellation (Archive tier available)
- No vendor lock-in or data hostage practices
7. Service Availability
We strive for 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for:
- Service interruptions or downtime
- Data loss (though we maintain regular backups)
- Third-party service failures
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Illegal activity
- Non-payment
- At our discretion to protect the service
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
